Amanda is an AWESOME instructor. I am 51 and athletic, but never learned to swim. I booked private lessons and Amanda has taught me how to swim in just a few lessons. She is positive, patient, and great at breaking down key concepts into baby steps that I could easily apply. If you are looking to learn to swim, go with Amanda. Don't live with fear of the water or embarrassment about not being able to swim...work to overcome it with Amanda.

Debbie is amazing! My autistic daughter was terrified of going in the water without flotation support. Within two lessons my daughter proudly ditched the floaties forever! Within six lessons my daughter is swimming across the deep end of the pool unassisted. Based on the progress my daughter has made with Debbie, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their little one up to speed quickly.

Positive and Encouraging! An Absolute Success!

Sunsational Swim School is a brilliant company! I hired them, recently, so my girls could learn to swim, and was absolutely impressed and pleased with the experience. The swim coach who was working with us was wonderfully accommodating, and very flexible about weather-dependent rescheduling. She was incredibly positive, and she put a lot of effort into meeting my youngest (four years old) at her (nervous, intimidated) level, and encouraging her, in the water. I really cannot speak highly enough of their service, and would absolutely recommend them!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with water (near drown) and since then, I didn't want to be near water. I was scared to even allow myself to be fully in water. But it was a fear that I really wanted to overcome. So I contacted Sunsational Swim and within a couple of days, they paired me up with Apple, a professional Olympic swimmer. I was very wary before my lesson, not sure what to expect, but Apple was wonderful! She was so understanding, had so much patience, and just wanted me to be comfortable in the water. She constantly encouraged as I dealt with my fear, always saying I was doing a good job, and giving me the confidence to do it. I have taken 4 lessons so far, and although I still don't know how to swim or how to be in water, I am feeling much more confident. I don't see the water anymore as an enemy, thanks to my wonderful instructor, Apple. Thank you so much Apple and Sunsational Swim for working with me on overcoming my fear!
