SUNSATIONAL SWIM SCHOOL GIFT CERTIFICATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Sunsational Swim School! Please read through this agreement before purchasing your certificates. If you have any questions or concerns, or to redeem your Sunsational gift certificate, please contact our office team M-F 8:30am-5:00pm PST at:

• Gift Certificates do not expire. Once Gift Certificates are redeemed for a lesson package, the Gift Certificates are considered used. Lessons are subject to the terms found in the Swim Lesson Agreement signed upon registration.
• Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. In addition, if the option is available during checkout, you may also request a physical version of your gift certificate be delivered to an address you specify. Our Gift Certificates include a unique number and can only be used once.
• Sunsational Gift Certificates must be redeemed via phone, as full or partial payment for Sunsational Swim School services. A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Certificates.
• When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.
• Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
• Where a lesson package purchased with a Gift Certificate is cancelled, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate or kept as credit redeemable at anytime. The only exception being in the case of the package is canceled because Sunsational Swim School was unable to provide the services purchased.
• We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• We reserve the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate is either redeemed through Website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Website.
• If an order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance of the order must be paid with a credit card.
• Any unused balance will be placed in your account as credit.
• Sunsational Swim School reserves the right to changes to these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
