On average, it takes 2 to 14 days after you submit your registration to be matched with a Sunsational swim instructor.

Sunsational Swim School will regularly update you regarding the status of matching you with a swim instructor.

While you're on the waitlist, you may cancel your registration at any time at no cost.

In the event that Sunsational Swim School does not have any swim instructors who are available to teach your lessons, you will not be billed.

Clients are only billed AFTER Sunsational Swim School has confirmed that a Sunsational swim instructor has committed to teaching your entire lesson package. Once matched, you will be emailed your instructor's profile. Your card will be billed within 48 hours after you have been matched with an instructor.

If you cancel your registration AFTER you have been assigned a swim instructor, the registration fee(s) is non-refundable and a $50 cancellation fee may apply. If you cancel your registration while you're on the waitlist BEFORE you are matched, there is no bill to your card.
