Hello! My name is Jimmy Franck. I am a former collegiate swimmer at the University of Montevallo, where I specialized in swimming sprint freestyle. I set three school records during my time at Montevallo in the 200, 400, and 800 freestyle relays, as well as getting a podium finish in the 50 freestyle and 200 freestyle. In addition, I received a first-place award in the 400 freestyle relay and 800 freestyle relay. I am the former head coach for the Echo Mills Lightning Strikes summer league team, where I coached since June 2020. In addition to coaching, I have also provided clinics and lessons to my swimmers. Hey I'm Kareem Myers and I have been swimming for the past 9 years and have been teaching since July 2025 now.
