Hi! My name is Isabella. I am very passionate about swimming as I have been swimming for swim teams since May 2005. I am very familiar with all the strokes and can teach all. I am also a big advocate of water safety as I was a lifeguard and EMT for three years. I have much experience with all ages, especially children. I currently volunteer with children with disabilities, coaching them through physical exercise. I am patient and encourage each swimmer through their journey!

Id be in the pool all the time if I could and felt that way since I was 5. The love of water turned to speed and afforded the ability to train with olympians and world record holders, earning myself a place alongside those exceptional athletes in the finals of the 2004 Olympic trials. Since then I appreciated the opportunity to develop swim lesson programs for an early childhood center/community center, but I feel a greater sense of accomplishment when I teach, having taught ages 3 to 72 and assistant coached a team of 250+ swimmers in middle and high school. I feel lessons are most effective when we can create a comfortable environment to encourage openness to learning, and use my experience to tailor lessons to each individual.

Hello, I'm Chelsea, an experienced competitive swimmer and swim instructor for students of all abilities since February 2016. I have a lifelong passion for swimming and believe in sharing the skills required to safely engage with the pool. While many skills are safety-oriented, safety is extremely important and is best taught by making it fun while still taking it seriously. Children learn to safely face the water with courage if the water isn't scary. This is ultimately much safer and inspires a lasting love of swimming. I take a personalized approach to all different learners, varying my personal progression and consistently hitting key swim milestones, which makes me a great teacher for any learner.
