I have had water in my life since I was 3 years old. Swim team, lifeguard jobs during school and college. I maintained my competitive edge as a "Master Swimmer" during my career. I had 3 sons who learned to swim as they learned to walk. I was a summer camp director which included a swim instruction component. I trained lifeguards in instructional swim techniques. I have been teaching YMCA group swim classes for children and adults, starting with infants at 5 months old.
