I started learning how to swim when I was five. Later, I wanted to continue swimming and did it year-round on various local teams. I have been swimming competitively since February 2012 and coaching since February 2019! I specialize in butterfly and backstroke and have even gone to the Junior Olympics in these events. I am getting my teaching degree from Hood College and regularly volunteer with kids, helping out with lots of different things. I have worked with ages 6mo-53yrs in private lessons and have helped in many ways, from learning how to swim to getting competition ready.
