Ive been swimming since before I was even walking. I have always loved the water. After starting competitive swimming at the age of 11, I am still competing in college now. I started teaching at STAR Aquatics for beginner kids and then moved to infant teaching at French Valley Swim Academy. From my experience, the curriculum that I came up with is: 1) Swim to Wall 2) Float 3) Flutter Kick 4) Backstroke/Freestyle 5) Dolphin/Froggy Kick 6) Butterfly/Breaststroke Obviously, I wont go into super detail about how each step works, because youll have to swim with me to find out! So hop on in! The water is great :)
