Hi, Im Tristen! Im a retired competitive swimmer from Texas, and I swam from age 5 to 19 and still swim for exercise today. I've had the pleasure of working with a plethora of great coaches and swim instructors throughout my swim career, giving me experience with every level and type of swimmer. I have also been coaching, lifeguarding, and doing swim instruction since January 2021, making me equipped for coaching all ages and skill levels (I have worked with ages 3 to 18+). With my background in water safety and living around open water while growing up, I emphasize not only proper technique but also water safety and comfort. Being in the water is my favorite thing in the world, and I want to share that joy with as many people as possible!
