I have experience teaching water fitness classes and basic diving as well. I learned to swim when I was 3 and never stopped! In high school, I was on the swim team. My favorite event was the 200 IM. My absolute favorite stroke is the butterfly . By working closely with my clients and learning their goals and abilities, I am able to create personalized lesson plans. I was a competitive swimmer for 11 years and competed regularly at state championship meets. I was a lifeguard for 7 years. For 3 of those years, I was a lifeguard manager. I was also a Red Cross lifeguard instructor. I have taught swim lessons for children ranging in age from 3 to 16 years old.
