My name is Colleen, and I have been a swim teacher since October 1999. I started with the Aurora YMCA at age 17 in 1980, taught for a few years in high school and college, then came back to it later when I had small children. I have experience with students of all levels and abilities. We lived 2 blocks from the Powel Crosley Jr YMCA in Cincinnati, and I taught there for 8 years. I moved back to Colorado and taught at the Trails Rec Center for 13 years, and 2 of my daughters worked there too! I taught in Baltimore at Meadowbrook Swim Club for 1 year.
