Hello! I wanted to share a little bit about myself and my background before we meet at the pool. First and foremost, I love being in the water, love swimming, and especially love teaching. I started teaching swimming lessons when I was a teenager and have continued through many summers as an adult. I love helping children feel successful and confident in the water as well as knowing how to safely be around water. It brings me so much joy to see students overcome any obstacles or fears they might have in the water and become competent swimmers. I have a gentle and empathic nature and an ability to really tune in to each child and teach in a way that meets them where they are. I look forward to working together!
