My swim journey began in high school, where I swam for 4 years and was captain of the team for 3 of them. During that time I began teaching swim lessons to kids from 12months old all the way up to adults while lifeguarding at the Kent-Meridian pool, and I did that for 4years. I have an amazing ability to swim and teach. I wish to share all my knowledge & swim wisdom with my students to help everyone be comfortable, & conquer in the water. Cant wait to build your swimming abilities.

I have been teaching swim lessons off and on since March 2006. My youngest students have been six months old, starting out with parents just getting comfortable in the water. My oldest student was a 65-year-old who was newly retired and wanted to fulfill her dream of swimming with the dolphins but had never learned how to swim. With my vast experience, I am able to give you exactly what youre looking for out of your lessons, whether its perfecting your stroke for a competition or learning how to have fun in the water while staying safe. I specialize in neurodivergent and behavioral needs kids, teaching adaptive lessons, but I welcome students of all ages.
