I'm Lori, a water aerobics and swim instructor for the city of Plano. I have a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification and have taught swim lessons for 3 years to all age groups. I also have experience babysitting & substitute teaching, including special needs kids. I help with Sunday School & the nursery. Swimming is a life-saving skill, but swimming is also fun, challenging, meditative, and graceful. There is magic in the water!

While I dont swim competitively anymore, the skills I gained during my 8 years as a swimmer helped me perfect my technique so that I can teach others!
