Hi! My name is Katelyn and I have been teaching swim lessons for 3 years. I learned to swim in elementary school and competed on the varsity swim and waterpolo teams in high school. I'm currently a student at California State University Long Beach studying Political Science. I love teaching swimming in my free time because of the joy I get to pass on to kids when they learn new skills in a fun and safe environment. I hope I can share my passion for swimming with kids like was once done for me!

Hello, I am Emmanuella. I've been teaching swim lessons to children as young as 15 months up to adults. I've worked with children since I was a teen at summer camps as a counselor/lifeguard, and as a tutor at after-school programs. Being a swim instructor gives me the perfect environment to teach and interact with children in a fun fulfilling way. I have experience with kids on the spectrum and have ways of progressively getting children comfortable with putting their faces in the water.
Hi, my name is Aidan and I've been teaching swim lessons for 5 years with ages 5 through adults. I've worked with children not only as a swim instructor, but also as a coach for the past year. I went to Michigan State University where I earned a degree in Kinesiology. While there, I was also a top 8 swimmer in the Big Ten Conference and ranked in the NCAA. I love teaching swim lessons because I have a true passion for the water and love to help children try and feel the same!
Hi! My name is Baylor and I've been teaching swim lessons for 5 years with ages 1 to 18. I'm currently going to Cal State LA for my degree in criminal justice.
My aquatic experience started when I was a baby doing Mommy and Me classes; I practically grew up in the water. I did club swim and water polo ever since I was 7 and continued all throughout high school/uni. I love teaching swim because it is something I've done my whole life and I am so passionate about it. Beginner swimmer friendly!
Hi, my name is Nikki! I'm SO excited to give swim lessons. I've been swimming my entire life. I played water polo for 13 years (including at the Division 1 level at Harvard) and have been teaching swim lessons for 12 years for ages 1.5 to 43. I've also worked with kids as a babysitter, as a television on-set child wrangler, and as a water polo coach. At Harvard, I studied Cognitive Neuroscience and worked as the CEO of my youth mental health non-profit. My first love will always be water :)

Hello! My name is Taylor and I've been a swim instructor for 11 years, working with all levels and ages- from 3 to 73! I previously coached a swim team in Maryland and taught a swim course at Oberlin College. I also have experience working with kids out of the pool as an ESL teacher (elementary and high school) and am Spanish fluent. I swam competitively until I was 18, when I chose to play field hockey and lacrosse at Oberlin College. My goal is for students to feel confident and have fun!
Hi, my name is Tyriek and I've been teaching swim lessons for 2 years with ages 6 months to 14 years old. I've also worked with children for 2 years as an after school counselor. Hi there! My name is Evan. I have been teaching swim lessons at a private swim school and as an independent private instructor. I've worked with students of all ages (anywhere from 3 months to 65+ years!) and comfort levels. Working with kids brings me so much joy. I love seeing my students through it all - from extreme fears of water to special needs to extra support for competitive swimmers. I went to Berklee College of Music and swam competitively in high school.
