Hi, Im Sophia! Through high school, I was on the varsity swimming team and the varsity water polo team. I also did club water polo, so I was a year-round swimmer! When I was 16, I picked up a job as a swim instructor and lifeguard. I left for college, and just last year, over the summer, I picked up swim instructing again and exclusively did private lessons and fell in love with teaching them!
