Kassidy P
Costa Mesa, California 92626
Hi, my name is Kassidy and I've taught swim lessons for 4 years with ages ranging from 1 to 70 years old. I also have other working experience with children such as tutoring and babysitting for 2 years. I went to Long Beach State and earned a degree in Marine Biology in May of 2023 so at lessons I can also share fun ocean facts. I love teaching swim lessons because it is important for individuals to know what to do and be comfortable in dangerous situations around water.

Hi, my names Ethan, Ive been teaching swim lessons for over 2 years now. I spend a ton of time in the ocean surfing, bodysurfing, Spearfishing and Scuba Diving! I work with kids from the ages of around 1 all the way into young adulthood. I work great with kids on the spectrum, and kids that are scared of water itself. Im incredibly patient while also pushing kids to meet their goals. Im enrolled in Saddleback as an ASL major, so Im always willing to work that into my lessons if needed!
Carlos S
Tustin, California 92780
Hi, my name is Carlos! I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor's in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. I am taking steps to pave the way to become a physical therapist. I love being active, and I definitely enjoy swimming. I swam competitively in high school and have been swimming as often as I can since. I have been teaching since July 2023 at the Woollett Aquatics Center and have gained experience working with nearly all ages and those with special needs, ranging from 2 years and up. Personally, I find that the best things about teaching are instilling confidence and comfort in the water and seeing the improvements that come with it, whether it be the first time in the water, focusing on technique, or building strength and endurance.

Hi, Im Patty. Ive been swimming since I was 2 years old. For my parents, it was always important that swimming be a part of my daily life. Ive been a swim coach since February 2010, and for me, coaching is all about creating a space where everyone feels good. If Im happy, my swimmers are happy, and were all happy together. Im patient, dedicated, and I believe strongly in values, morals, and professionalism. My goal is to help each student learn to swim in a way thats fun yet structured because swimming isnt just a sport; its a life skill. Whether youre just starting or building confidence in the water, well work together toward success, one splash at a time.

Hi! Im Amanda :) Im 24 years old, a nursing student at Santa Ana College, and an aspiring pediatric nurse! I have been a swim instructor since February 2018, specializing in little ones, but I have taught all ages, including adults! Fun fact: the youngest person I taught to swim was 20 months, and the oldest was 65! I began as a lifeguard/swim instructor after being a competitive swimmer all throughout high school and fell in love with working with kids. I am now back in school to pursue my dream of becoming a pediatric nurse while working as a part-time swim instructor and a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant at a care facility for older adults. I have a passion for helping others and working with kids of all ages. I hope to see you in the water soon!
