Hello, my name is Jaimisyn. I am a graduate of Cal State LA, UC Berkeley, and Tufts. During the school year I am a 6th grade math and science teacher in Baltimore City. During the summer I spend my time in the water teaching swim lessons and water safety to children and adults of all ages and levels, including those with special needs. This is my 5th year getting to teach individuals to be comfortable and confident in the water and enjoy swimming as much as I do!
Hi! My name is Meghan. I am a registered nurse originally from Natick, MA. During my time at Natick high school, I competed on the swim team for 4 years. Prior to that, I had been taking lessons my whole life. During nursing school, I spent summers teaching infant and pediatric swim classes at the Boston Sports Club. Currently, I am a school nurse at a learning center for autistic children. I believe water safety is extremely important and am excited to begin teaching with Sunsational swim!
Hi, my name is Shannon and IÔÇÖve been teaching swim lessons for around 8years now with ages 4-14! I have helped kids learn from their first swim to improving technique for competition. I did competitive swim for 10 years. I have also worked with children for over 10years as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, and home school teacher. I went to Trident Tech for Business and graduated in 2014. I now actually follow my dream of developing real estate, but I miss working with kids and love to swim!
Hi, my name is Hinda and I have been teaching and coaching swimming for over ten years now. In my youth, I had amazing swim teachers and always wanted to be that person for other kids. I truly believe everyone can and should have this skill. Having been in this career as long as I have, I've had the privilege of seeing kids develop a passion for swimming equal to my own. Hi I'm Kristina Jones. Call me Tina! I've taught & coached swimming for 9 years- children to adults, all levels, including people with a fear of water. I life-guarded 6 yrs on oceans and Great Lakes. Life-long competitive swimmer currently on a masters' team. I teach art ages pre-K to adults. BFA -the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and MPH from GWU. I see swimming as a life skill. 1st to prevent drowning. 2nd as fun life-long exercise . I like to teach swimming because I love to swim!
Hello there! My name is Nicole. I've been swimming competitively since I was 5 years old and have been teaching for the past 6 years.
I have taught and instructed a wide range of skills and ages from beginner groups of 3-5 y/o, 6-10 y/o, 11-13 y/o to technique and consistency with adult groups. As a teacher, I strive to make every lesson unique and fun for all ages. One of my favorite things about teaching is seeing the confidence build in students as they become more comfortable in the water.
Hi, my name is Nicole Leung and I've been teaching private swim lessons for over 5 years. I have taught lessons to students at nearly every age: from 1 year old to 60 years young! I've also worked with children for 9 years as a volunteer swim coach, junior coach, assistant coach, and babysitter. I also have 9 years of competitive swimming, 8 years of lifeguarding and 5 years of pool operating experience under my belt.

I also have experience teaching adult swim lessons and swim lessons with special need children and adults. I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University in 2019. Hi, Im Alex and Ive been teaching swim lessons for 5 years with experience teaching toddlers and adults. My passions for aquatics started from the age of 7 when I started summer swim team and it has only grown since then. I've been working as a lifeguard for a little over 4 years now additionally I have 3 seasons of competitive swim coaching and I have been managing pools for a little over 2 years. Currently I attend Christopher Newport University where i'm studying Political Science.
Hi, my name is Anquniece and I have been teaching swim lessons for 5 yrs with toddlers-18 years old. I have been working with children for 6 yrs as a camp counselor, swim instructor, & teacher aid. I have worked with special needs children & disabled children. I go to Gallaudet University and am majoring in Biology/Chemistry. I have been swimming competitively for 8 yrs and have been a lifeguard for 5 yrs. I love teaching swimming because it is the best form of therapy and relaxation.
