Hi, my name is Christian, and IÔÇÖve been teaching swim lessons for three years with ages 4-12. IÔÇÖve taught fearful beginners and adult swimmers. IÔÇÖve worked with children for many years: I mentor with Big Brother Big Sister, I teach ceramics, and I tutor. IÔÇÖm a psychology major at Carleton College and am on the swim team; IÔÇÖve swam 9 years competitively. I love teaching swim lessons because it is fun watching kids become aquatic beings who can enjoy the water and frolic like otters!

Hi, I am Jocelyn. I have been teaching swim lessons for 20 years. I have worked with kids as young as 6 months, but mainly 1 year to 8 year old. I have coached older kids up to 18 years old in swimming and water polo. I have taught many timid kids. I graduated from USC, played water polo and earned a BS in Kinesiology. My masters is in physical education. I have coached swimming and water polo in high school for 15 years. I love teaching swimming as I want all kids to be pool safe.
Hi I’m Ginger! I’ve taught babies, children and adults year round for over 7 years and many summers in the decades before.
In college I studied custom sewing. For 8 years I ran a daycare in my home.
In the water with my students is my “happy place.” Swimming opens up the world in a unique way. It impacts your safety, health, family relationships, vacations and countless water based sports and activities.
If you’re afraid of the water, give me a chance to show you what you CAN do.
Hi, my name is Sarah and I've been teaching swim lessons on and off for 7 years with ages 3 to adult. I've also worked with children as substitute teacher, babysitter, and Sunday school teacher. I went to the College of Biblical Studies and earned a degree in Biblical Counseling in 2016. I love teaching swimming because I am passionate about children's water safety and seeing their pride when they become more confident in the water as they master their swimming skills.
