Hi, Im Lily! Im currently in a masters program for Orthotics and Prosthetics, and I graduated from the University of Tennessee in May 2025 with a degree in Neuroscience. I was a competitive swimmer for 11 years, where I developed a deep appreciation for how swimming builds confidence, character, and strong relationships. That passion has carried into my coaching since April 2019 and swim instruction since May 2016. Ive worked with swimmers ranging from 8 months to 18 years old, as well as Special Olympics athletes of all ages. I have been swimming almost all my life. I was on a swim team in college, after college, and today I swim one mile in Tampa Bay year-round! I have been teaching swim lessons to all ages and levels of experience since February 2021. I am known to be very patient but firm and clear-headed with swim students, and I have a unique level of depth of experience with teaching infants and children ages 25, an age at which many children first get exposed to formal swim instruction.
