Hello everyone! My name is Arizah Carroll and this will be my third year teaching professional swimming lessons. I started coaching when I was 17 years old, going through over a month of training to work with ages as young as 4 months old. I believe swimming should be introduced to children as young as possible to instill water safety skills as instinct. Although the second most important thing about swimming is the fun, the first will always be safety.
