Hi, Im Salomen, and I am a biologist at Cedars and graduated from UCSD. My lessons incorporate how water safety, proper breathing, movements, and confidence can be used as crucial tools in developing your childs water safety and swimming skills. I have been swimming and teaching since October 2024 proper technique, stroke, and form to all ages, from ~1-year-olds to adults. The majority of my life consists of competitive swimming for over 12 years in clubs and teams, as well as playing water polo.
