Hi, my name is Chelsea and I've been teaching swim lessons for three years with children ages 1 to 15. I have worked with kids for over 10 years in many different jobs, the most recent was coaching. I graduated from UCF with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, I am currently pursuing my Masters. Here is a fun fact about me, I was a springboard and platform diver for 10 years. I love teaching swimming because it allows me to help a child learn, feel safe and enjoy being in and around water.

I have been swimming since before I can remember. I joined the swim team when I was 7 and competed through high school. My first teaching experience was on family vacations when I would teach the other kids in the pool how to swim so they could play with me. During summers in college, I worked at summer camps teaching swimming. Now I work primarily as a music teacher. I have been professionally teaching students of all ages since February 2005. I would love to teach you or your child how to be safe in the water, learn basic swimming, or even perfect strokes that you already know to become a better swimmer.
