My name is Shannon, and I graduated from JMU with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, minoring in physics, and a Master's in Exercise Physiology. With my educational background, I have extensive knowledge of how the human body works and how it interacts with water, allowing me to provide an in-depth approach in my lessons.
