Hello, I am Emmanuella. I've been teaching swim lessons to children as young as 15 months up to adults. I've worked with children since I was a teen at summer camps as a counselor/lifeguard, and as a tutor at after-school programs. Being a swim instructor gives me the perfect environment to teach and interact with children in a fun fulfilling way. I have experience with kids on the spectrum and have ways of progressively getting children comfortable with putting their faces in the water.
Hi there! I'm Sarah and I've been teaching swim for over 10 years with ages 18 months to 16 years old. I also babysit and pet sit. Throughout high school I swam competitively and love teaching students of all abilities. I went to Cal State Northridge and have my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I love seeing children grow and learn but also have fun at the same time!
Hi, my name is Daniel and I've been teaching swim lessons for almost 10 years! I've worked with children from 4 months to adults and also have experience with special needs children. Not only have I taught swim lessons, I have also lifeguarded at multiple pools and been a coach for different competitive club swim teams. I absolutely love teaching swimming!
Hi, my name is Kammeryn. I've been a lifeguard for 3 years now and have done quite a bit of side work teaching swimming. I started at 14 in a volunteer position with kids ages 2-10, then worked my way to becoming a swim coach working with ages 2-18, and then during the year I worked at my local recreation center teaching infants just months old to adults over 18. I swam competitively for 7 years and enjoyed it so much so hopefully I can extend my love of swimming and knowledge to others.
Hello, my name is Tasha and I've been teaching swim lessons for over 5 years with ages 3-13. I love working with children, who may be fearful of the water or jump right in, and teaching them this amazing life saving skill. As a former competitive swimmer I know just how exciting it is to be in the water. Teaching someone to swim, no matter what their experience, is something that I am passionate about because being in the water was one of the joys of my life and I want to pass that on.

Woodland Hills, CA
Hi, my name is Hannah, and I have been teaching swim lessons for 3 years! I am a kindergarten teacher, and I spend my summers at camp working with children of all abilities, ages 4-18, and have taught swimming in both lakes and pools. I love teaching swimming because when I swim, I feel like I am flying, and would love for you to feel the same way!
Swimming can be scary for first timers, but with patience, game based learning, and knowledge of pool safety, swimming will become second nature!
