I went to University of Nevada, Reno and moved out to Florida to focus on my real estate profession. I've also worked with children for 4 years ages 2-18 as a swim coach, 2 years of babysitting 5-10 year olds, and was a camp mentor for a week teaching 6th graders on a school field trip. I went to Nova Southeastern University and earned my degree in marine biology in 2020. I love teaching swimming because I have been competitively swimming myself since I was 7 years old until graduating from college.

In high school, I competed for my house team (breaststroke being my favorite). After graduating from St. Peters College I worked in oilfield engineering for 30 years. Since retiring, I now focus on coaching and teaching. I coached soccer, cricket, and tennis. Coaching and swim instruction is rewarding and safety will always be a number one priority.

Hello! I'm D'anna and I've been teaching swim lessons for 3 years of ages 2-12 and coaching swimming for 4 years of ages 6-15. I have also been a lifeguard for 4 years. I've worked with children for 6 years as a swim instructor, childcare volunteer, and personal caretaker for children on the autism spectrum. I am currently attending NSU to get my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I love teaching swimming because I grew up in the pool and want to show kids how to be safe and have fun!
