Hi, my name is Dearmayl Sherrod and I've been teaching swim lessons for 13 years with ages 11 months to 50 years. I've also worked with children for 10 plus years off and on as a swim instructor, mentor, child protective services case manager. I am an alumni of Palm Beach State College, University of South Florida, and Saint Leo University. I hold a B.A., M.S, and M.B.A. I love teaching swimming because I get a chance to shape the lives of individuals for the better.
Hi my name is Chandré, but all my students call me Dré. I’ve been a swimmer all my life. I started swimming competitively at age 11, I became a Junior Lifeguard at age 11 and a Senior Lifeguard at 14, working on the beach in South Africa. I started Teaching swim lessons at age 14 and I’m still teaching babies 2 months-adults. I absolutely LOVE being a swim teacher, it’s my passion!! I also teach kids with special needs. You won’t regret learning to swim, it’s such a fun activity.
Hello, My name is Briana. I am currently attending Broward college where I am studying business. I have been teaching swim lessons for 4 years, ages 6 months to adult, including special needs students. I branched off into childcare by babysitting infants to 8 year olds. I have been swimming competitively since the age of 5. Hi, my name is Bill. I have been teaching 5 year-olds to adults to swim for 5+ years now. In high school, I competed for my house team and after graduating from St. Peters College I worked in oilfield engineering for 30 years. Since retiring, I now focus on coaching and teaching. I coached soccer, cricket, tennis, and I recently just trained a client for a triathlon which he successfully qualified for! Coaching and swim instruction is rewarding and safety will always be a number one priority.
Hi! My name is Sofia, I’ve been teaching swim lessons for over 2 years with children ages 12 months-12 years old. I have worked with children for over 5 years as a babysitter, tutor, camp counselor and lifeguard! I love teaching swim lessons mainly to increase water safety and prevent water-related incidents. It is also very rewarding and shows a lot of progress in little time. I have a passion for working with kids and am excited to share it!

Hi, my name Is Abigail (Abby) Marshall and I've been teaching swim lessons for about 3 years to kids ages 3-15. I have also worked with children as a swim coach for 3 years. I am currently attending Florida Atlantic University pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. I also swim collegiality for the the FAU Women's Swim and Dive Team, and have been swimming competitively for 10 years. I love being a swim instructor and helping people learn the sport that I love.

I have an Associates' degree at Moraine College also a Bachelors's degree from FIU.
I belonged to a swim team growing up and in high school now I just teach swim lessons. It's great seeing kids not being able to swim and in a few weeks, they are swimming across the pool.
