We LOVED Mrs. Claudia!!!!! The best swim instructor ever!!! She got my son back in the water, confident and swimming in a day or two after a huge water trauma he suffered. She was kind, did all the right things to get him back in that water and not to mention taught him how to swim all in a matter of two days! Who does that!!! Mrs. Claudia, that's who!!! I just wanted to take a moment to thank your team and Claudia for the phenomenal experience my daughter had while receiving swim lessons from Claudia. First, your customer service team went above and beyond and took great urgency in locating another instructor when our first instructor failed to reply to any emails for a few weeks. You all quickly jumped to find a replacement and I must say, our new instructor, Claudia Gray, was fantastic! My daughter, Mackenzie, just completed her last lesson yesterday with Claudia and she wowed both her parents with her determination to show us both what she had learned. She is now swimming in the deep end, jumping into the deep end, swimming on her own, diving for toys, and much, much more without any hesitation!

We were quite concerned in the beginning as the first few lessons did not go very well --- she was terribly afraid of the water---but alas, this morning - 12 lessons later, she woke up wanting to get back in the pool! She now wants to swim! We owe it all to Claudia and her fantastic ability to share her love for the water with my daughter and now, my daughter no longer fears it!

Wow, Claudia is amazing with our 3 year old. She has a magical way with kids which is all the more impressive since our daughter didn't want even want to put her head under water the first lesson and now she doesn't stop swimming all over the pool. We can't get her out of the water. This is a testament to Claudia and how she integrates different things along the way to make it fun and at the same time instill safety into the child. Now our daughter doesn't understand why Claudia has to leave after each lesson. We will be using Claudia for sure for years to come!!

My 3 1/2 yr old daughter just finished lessons with Claudia and me and my husband are shocked at the results. Our daughter loves the water but was always apprehensive is now jumping off the side of pool and swimming back to the edge. She doesn't mind putting her head under water to get toys. She's swimming the width of our pool. Claudia was patient with her and safety was always stressed. I highly recommend Claudia as an instructor if you little ones. We didn't think we would see this kind of progress in 13 lessons. We are so thankful!
